Vanilla Blush Medical Ltd,  offers a range of Prescription items for Stoma and Hernia Care throughout the UK and the Republic of Ireland. It's important to note that eligibility for a Prescription is subject to various factors. 

Factors for Consideration:

(1) United Kingdom: Different Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) and Health Board guidelines may affect eligibility.

(2) Republic of Ireland: Hernia Support Belts are available across the ROI. 

(3) GP Approval: Your GP plays a crucial role in authorising prescription requests.

(4) Central Prescribing Services (UK only): Check with your Central Prescribing Services, if so required, for eligibility.

(5) Stoma Care Nurses: Consultation with Stoma Care Nurses (SCN) is recommended to discuss your needs.

Tips for a Successful Application:

(i) CONSULTATION OPTIONS (UK and ROI):  Schedule a phone call, Zoom meeting or face-to-face consultation with one of our Garment Experts. We will then reach out to your SCN to see if they will support your application. (Or for those in ROI, we will give you a GMS code for you to bring to GP.) 

(ii) ORDERING PROCESS:  Order only one item initially to streamline the process. Our commitment to you, your stoma care nurse and the GP, should any item not be suitable as long as it adheres to our exchange policy we will exchange. Please note, should this happen, make contact with Vanilla Blush first who will direct you with the appropriate action to take. If ordering online, you will be given a unique order number. We will contact you to tell you what action to take based on your location. For example if in the ROI, we will reach out to you with the GMS code for you to take to the GP. 

(iii) SIZING ASSISTANCE:  Contact us directly for help with sizing. Items can be exchanged if tried on over outer clothing.

(iv) GP COMMUNICATION:  Discuss your needs with your GP and seek their authorisation.

(v) PRESCRIPTION SERVICES (UK only):  Contact prescription services directly to inquire about eligibility.
